Over the past three decades, we have helped build more than 1687 multi-family units throughout BC, with more currently under construction or in the pipeline. Our multi-family portfolio includes condos, townhomes and purpose built rental projects. Our team has a wealth of experience in both wood frame and concrete construction projects throughout BC and we get involved from the initial design concept through to construction rather than joining a project once the drawings are locked. That early involvement matters more now than ever. Multi-family construction costs and financing conditions have tightened across BC, and developers who bring their construction manager in early are better positioned to protect a project's feasibility as it moves through design, permitting, and construction.
